I would like a quote, what do I need to send you?
Three things are necessary for us to give you a quote:
1. Drawing or picture of your sign (ideally a vector drawing).
2. The size of your sign.
3. Where it's going to be used (indoor, outdoor)
We will send you a quotation within 48 hours after having received your information.
If you are unsure of your project specifications , get in touch with us and we will be happy to discuss the details with you!
What is your normal lead time?
Depending on the quantity of ordered signs, we generally need about 2-5 days pre-production, 7-10 business days for production and testing and 2-5 days for door-to-door delivery.
So usually around 2 to 3 weeks total.
What is the warranty?
We offer a 1 year warranty on our signs. so if a sign does happen to go defective, we replace it free of charge.
Can your signs be used outdoors?
We offer weatherproof signs as well.

Design
Can I use a custom font?
Yes, you can use the custom font for your signage. Please send us the fonts file you need.
What kind of format of my logo works best?
We prefer a vector format design file with all fonts and objects converted to “curves” or “paths”, if possible.
Other file formats such as .jpg or .png are bitmap, which could not give us enough detail to know the exact cost, only could be used to know the ballpark price.
Do you need a photo of the sign installation location?
Not required but a the photo helps us to know the surrounding and the building style better also helps us judge the best solutions for the installation.
Can I send you a photo to create a sign of?
Of course! You can send us a photo of your dog, cat, family, car or yourself and we'll create an outlined version that can be made in neon.
Payment
What are the payment terms?
We offer multiple payment options such as Shop Pay, PayPal, Credit Card, Bancontact & Bank Transfer.
Payment must be completed before production starts.
Can I see the sign before payment?
We will provide you a free digital mockup / sketch of your sign prior to production. Additionally we can provide you with examples of other signs we made that are similar to yours.
I need an official invoice with my company tax ID, can you provide this?
Of course. Please provide your VATIN / tax ID prior to ordering - then we can provide you with a proforma invoice and an official invoice once payment is complete.
Production
Can I change the order during production?
This can not be done by default as the parts might already be prepared.
In special cases, after you have paid the material losses, we can arrange a production according to the new plan.
Can I cancel my order during production?
Yes, but your order will be non-refundable.
Why do you have a 24-hour light test?
After a 24-hours full on light test, most sign issues would present themselves and can be fixed.
Shipping
How do your ship your signs?
We mostly use DPD or bpost door-to-door delivery. Sometimes a different freight solution based on order size and quantity.
Once your sign ships we send a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery.
Can I update the delivery info during delivery?
By default no, but this depends on the delivery company.
Can my sign arrive broken?
We use very sturdy packaging materials such as cardboard U-frames along with layered cardboard. Your sign is protected additionally by bubble wrap and protective foil.
We have a almost non-existent defective-on-delivery rate.
If it does arrive broken, contact us as soon as possible and we will provide a correct solution.
Installation
Do you offer installation services?
We only have an office in Belgium, so we can not provide installation services outside of Belgium.
If you require an installation service in Belgium, please contact us and we'll get one of our certified electrician partners to do the installation for you.
What documents do you provide for the installation?
We provide a paper booklet with the installation instructions which is also available on our website.
What installation accessories do you provide?
We provide a wall mounting kit by default, if you have different needs, please let us know before ordering.
