For certain types of more difficult custom designs that would take longer than usual to illustrate we ask for a pre-payment of the illustration work hours.
This is an hourly fee. Depending on your request.
This fee will be deducted from the purchase price of your sign when ordering.
Shipping is free for any order over € 200,00 in the EU (except for islands and other exceptions) - Please view shipping cost at checkout.
Shipping is free for any order over € 50,00 in Belgium.

The personalised signs are created one-time by hand. Because of this it’s
impossible to return these.
Our Silicone Neon signs come with a 1 year warranty. In case of questions, please contact us via
